The SLA is our target time to first human response on a new incident, based on your plan tier. Essentials is next business day, Professional is four hours, Business is one hour, and Enterprise is fifteen minutes with priority routing.
Yes. Many clients run a monthly management plan for day-to-day operations and add one-time engagements such as hardening, migration, or performance tuning as projects come up.
Plans are month to month. You can change tiers or cancel from your account. We would rather earn the renewal every month than lock you in.
