An independent craft brewery rooted in the community that built us.
Our story
Saguaro Brewing Co. started in 2014 as a two-person operation -- co-founders Marta Delgado and Jake Willard brewing five-gallon batches in a Maryvale garage, dragging kegs to farmers markets on weekends. The idea was simple: make the kind of beer they actually wanted to drink, the way they actually wanted to drink it.
A year later they signed a lease on a 6,000-square-foot warehouse on Roosevelt Row, installed a 10-barrel brewhouse, and opened the taproom doors with six beers on tap. Ten years on we've grown to 20 taps, a full kitchen, a dog-friendly patio, and a canning line -- but the garage mentality hasn't changed. We still brew what excites us, and we still think the best beer is the one you share with someone you like.
What we stand for
Every beer we pour was brewed here, in small batches, with intention. We max at 30-barrel runs so quality never gets sacrificed for volume.
We believe craft beer should have character. Our brewers push boundaries -- barrel programs, wild fermentation, rotating single-hop showcases.
We hire from the neighborhood, source locally where we can, and host events that bring Phoenix together. A portion of tour revenue goes to local nonprofits.
Our dog-friendly patio with misters and string lights is where Phoenix shows up on a Friday night. Bring your pup, your friends, and your appetite.
Taproom area
We're on Roosevelt Row in Phoenix and welcome guests from all over the Valley. Growler fills, merchandise and taproom access available to everyone.
