Our story
Valley Workforce Staffing opened in 2013 with a single office on University Drive and a simple belief: staffing works better when recruiters actually know the community they serve. Our founders had both worked for national agencies and grown tired of watching placements fail because nobody took the time to understand the candidate or the job.
Twelve years and 3,800+ placements later, that philosophy has not changed. Our team handles everything from same-day warehouse temp requests to professional direct-hire searches -- and we stay in contact with both sides long after the first day to make sure the match sticks.
