Our story
Desert Title & Escrow opened in 2003 with a single goal: make closing day a smooth, confident experience -- not a stressful one. We started as a small team of two licensed title officers serving local agents and their clients in Scottsdale and Fountain Hills.
More than 3,800 closings later, that same commitment has not changed. We still answer the phone ourselves. We still walk first-time buyers through every document. And we still treat every file -- from a $180,000 condo to a $4 million commercial deal -- with the same thorough, personal attention.
